  5. Verify each chargeback (validity) and the amount.
  6. Prepare agent commission report weekly.
  7. Prepare agent chargeback report weekly.
  8. Prepare agency commission report weekly.
  9. Prepare agency chargeback report weekly.
  10. Issue commission checks for appropriate amount  for each counselor and agency. (Extra Cost)

Establish, build, track and maintain reserves on all agents and agency.
Immediate resolution of discrepancies.
