Director of CRM and Aftercare
Gwen has been a dedicated PFP employee since 1996. As the Director of SoftTouch and NavCare, you can find her in the home office managing all of PFP’s SoftTouch and NavCare accounts as well as Agent Licensing and Appointments. Gwen ensures everything from paperwork to implementation of these programs runs smoothly and effectively.

The challenges that come with the diversity of my responsibilities, along with being able to speak with so many of our clients across the U.S.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
I love to spend time with my family and entertain my grandchildren.

Reading people’s minds so I could know what they are thinking.
