Jami joined the PFP team in 2024, excited to help support the team in all their marketing needs. Before PFP, she worked at a large magazine publishing company for over 13 years, helping with direct mail campaigns and digital marketing efforts. She lives in Des Moines, Iowa, with her two energetic daughters.
What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting all the agents so they can spread the word about the benefits of pre-planning. After losing my grandpa years ago, my aunt and all my cousins were questioning everything he might have wanted and worrying if we were making the right decisions. Pre-planning would have been such a gift, so I like knowing PFP helps others potentially avoid something similar in their own families.
What is the best advice you ever received?
As cliché as it sounds, but “Treat everyone the way you want to be treated.” Everyone deserves respect and kindness, and it just goes so far.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
I love spending time with my two daughters and tagging along to all their favorite activities. I also enjoy reading whenever I can sneak in a couple of free moments to myself.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
Teleportation. I would love to snap my fingers and suddenly be where I need to be, but I would also love to move objects from one place to another… it would make organizing and moving things so much easier!
