Julie has been with PFP for 21 years and has been in the Preneed Industry for 23 years. She started her career as a Preneed Specialist and then was promoted to management. She handles most of the preneed counselor training for the company and calls on new business. She also manages her territory, which covers Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to teach new counselors how to succeed as a preneed specialist. I believe in encouraging, empowering, and leading by example. I am very honored to represent many funeral homes within our organization and have the privilege of meeting and working with many others to help them build market share for their funeral homes.
What is the best advice you ever received?
The best advice I have ever received in this business is to listen thoroughly before speaking.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
When I am not working, I love to spend time with my family and grandchildren. My hobbies include Scuba diving, boating, fishing, entertaining, and sharing time with family and friends.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
If I could have one superpower it would be to move at the speed of light so that I can cover more territory and complete more tasks.
