Quinn Eagan is the President and Founder of Preneed Funeral Program. With more than 30 years of experience in the funeral industry, Quinn has the experience and proficiency to guide funeral homes to new heights in market share, profitability, and family loyalty. Quinn is married with five daughters and enjoys fishing in his spare time.
Michael O’Dwyer Executive Vice President and COO
Michael O’Dwyer is the Vice President of Preneed Funeral Program and has been with Preneed Funeral Program for more than 30 years. Working with funeral homes throughout the U.S. and Canada, Michael promotes pre-need sales and oversees more than $100 million in annual sales at PFP utilizing his sales, marketing and managerial experience. Michael is married and has three daughters.
David Blouin Executive Vice President and CFO
David joined PFP as a Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer. David manages PFP’s relationships with funeral homes across the country to ensure all the funeral homes we work with can rely on PFP for effective communication and high quality customer service.
Craig Henry Senior Vice President, Regional Client Relationships
Craig Henry is the Vice President of Preneed Funeral Program and has been associated with Leitz-Eagan Funeral Homes and PFP for more than 30 years. He has experience in the at-need funeral business as well as more than 25 years of personnel sales and training experience in the field. He currently operates the sales and marketing division for PFP with sales and management duties throughout the US. Craig also shares responsibilities for account solicitation and is involved in strategic marketing and product development. Craig is married with two children.
Troy Lovingood Senior Vice President, Regional Client Relationships
Troy E. Lovingood has over 40 years of experience in funeral service and sales. As a former funeral home owner/partner, he has been consulting with funeral homes around the country in all areas of funeral service since 1985 and currently works in the field promoting the value of PFP’s programs to prospective accounts and providing service and consultation to our existing client funeral homes around the country. Troy is a native of North Carolina, currently residing with his wife in Landrum, South Carolina. They are the parents of four children and four grandchildren.
Marketing and Administration Staff
Ellen Fridge has been a dedicated member of the PFP Home Office team for 23 years. As PFP’s Office Manager, she manages the Direct Mail program for client funeral homes in the U.S., handles all account payables and receivables for the U.S. portion of the company and oversees all aspects of Human Resources. Ellen is married with 4 children and 5 grandchildren and enjoys being with her family, playing tennis, and the outdoors.
Gwen has been a member of the PFP team since 1996. As the Director of Marketing Systems, you can find her in the home office managing all of PFP’s SoftTouch and NavCare accounts as well as our Return Assured program and Agent Licensing and Appointments. Gwen ensures everything from paperwork to implementation of these programs runs smoothly and effectively. Gwen is married with 3 children and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Tammy Donovan has been with PFP for over 11 years. and currently runs the commissions department for both the U.S. and Canada. Tammy is a vital component to our team as she makes sure everyone is paid and paid on time. She is also an integral part to setting up all of our new accounts. She is married with two children and one grandchild.
Cristy joined the PFP team in our home office in January 2015, and has since been a wearer of many hats, handling the Weekly Roll Call of our sales counselors and supporting the many administrative functions of our SoftTouch program and Processing Center. Cristy is married with 2 sons.
Lindsay Eagan Bourgeois
Lindsay Eagan Bourgeois joined the PFP team in 2010 and currently serves as the Director of P.R. and Communications. In addition to managing PFP’s P.R. and communications efforts, she supports the development of communications and marketing materials for PFP and their client funeral homes and helps deliver marketing solutions to funeral homes that will increase their preneed volume and bring added value to their services. A New Orleans native, Lindsay now resides in Fort Worth, TX with her husband and enjoys traveling and experiencing new adventures.
Katie Jo Brickley
Katie Jo joined PFP in January 2016 as PFP’s SoftTouch Home Office Account Executive, assisting funeral homes with our SoftTouch aftercare program. She has also helped grow SoftTouch into a petcare program with PFP’s new Pet2Family cards. Since coming on board, Katie has helped implement two new departments: the PFP Processing Center, increasing the efficiency of our Direct Mail Program, and the PFP Call Center, assisting small firms with their preneed program.
Meagan Eagan Blouin
Meagan Eagan Blouin Is a Marketing Associate specializing in sales and service to funeral homes. Meagan is in charge of detailed reporting for funeral homes and works hand-in-hand with all of the field representatives. Meagan is married with two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and soaking up the sun on the beach in her spare time.
Funeral Home Relationship Management and Preneed Training
Laura Augustine came on board with PFP in the Fall of 2012. As a Sales Trainer and Regional Representative, Laura trains preneed sales counselors in the field and maintains an ongoing relationship with each counselor to ensure their continued success. She also trains counselors and funeral homes on PFP’s aftercare and family care programs and works with funeral homes to become more active in their community outreach programs and seminars.
Dennis Byers is the Virginia State Manager for PFP. A Virginia Funeral Service Licensee and a Past President of the Virginia Funeral Director’s Association, he has been actively involved in the funeral profession, both at-need and preneed, for many years. Currently, Dennis helps client funeral homes in Virginia build the future of their business through preneed marketing and introduces new funeral homes to PFP’s wide variety of programs. Dennis has been married to his wife Jean for 47 years. Together they have 2 children, 4 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
Tiffany Crum started her career with PFP in 2008. Currently residing in Bloomington, IN, Tiffany is PFP’s Regional Sales Representative for the Midwest region and serves prospective and current client funeral homes in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Eastern Illinois, South Dakota and Nebraska. Tiffany enjoys spending her spare time with her family, friends, boyfriend and going to Reds baseball games.
Dan Sawatzke has been in the funeral industry for nearly 40 years in the management of funeral homes and cemeteries. Since 2001 he has been working as an in-field sales trainer for PFP and helps preneed counselors become successful in learning the preneed business and helping families plan for their future. Dan is married with 1 daughter and currently resides in the Dallas, Texas area.
Nick McFerran has been caring for families in funeral service since 1979 and has been a Licensed Funeral Director since 1985. A graduate of The Mid-America College of Funeral Services and of the American Grief Academy, Mr. McFerran assists families on a daily basis with funeral and cremation pre-arrangements at Munden Funeral Home & Crematory. He and his wife Mona have 3 children and one grandchild, and he enjoys spending time with family and friends, landscape gardening, being outdoors, collecting antiques, grilling, and cooking.
